Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Summary

Affiliates earn a 25% commission on payments made by the first Magnetic Proxy account created by a referred customer. This commission applies for a period of up to 12 months starting from the first successful payment. Referral attribution is secured by a 90-day cookie. Commissions become due 30 days after each payment, with a minimum payout threshold of $50.

2. Key Definitions

• Affiliate: A partner officially approved within the Magnetic Proxy affiliate platform.
• Referred Customer: A new user who signs up through an affiliate’s unique referral link.
• Eligible Account: Strictly the first Magnetic Proxy account created by the referred customer.

3. Commission Scope and Period

• The commission rate is fixed at 25% on eligible payments.
• Only the first account created by a referred customer qualifies for commissions; additional accounts are not eligible.
• The commission period lasts for 12 months from the date of the first successful payment made by that eligible account.

4. Referral Tracking and Attribution

• A tracking cookie is placed in the user's browser for 90 days upon clicking a referral link.
• If the user signs up within this 90-day window, the account is attributed to the affiliate.
• Attribution may fail if the user clears cookies, switches devices, uses different browsers, or employs tracking blockers.

5. Payments and Payouts

• Holding Period: Commissions remain in a "pending" status for 30 days after each eligible payment is made.
• Due Date: After the 30-day holding period, commissions become due and eligible for payout.
• Minimum Threshold: Affiliates must reach a minimum of $50 in due commissions to request a payout.
• Methods: Payout schedules and methods follow the specific settings available in the affiliate dashboard.

6. Refunds and Disputes

• If a payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back before the commission becomes due, the commission is voided.
• If these events occur after a payout has been issued, future commissions will be adjusted to reconcile the balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and disclose their affiliate relationship where required. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the reversal of commissions or termination from the program:

• Self-referrals or creating accounts for personal use.
• Cookie stuffing, fraudulent signups, or spam distribution.
• Misleading claims or impersonation of Magnetic Proxy.
• Unauthorized use of Magnetic Proxy branding or bidding on brand-related keywords in paid ads.

8. Program Updates

Magnetic Proxy reserves the right to modify commission rates, eligibility rules, and program terms at any time. The active rules will always be reflected within the affiliate platform.
